Our organisational Structure and Supply Chains

PFE currently operates in the following countries:-

  • United Kingdom
  • Ireland
  • Asia
  • China.

Our Policies

The following policies, which are found in our staff handbook, outline and describe steps to be taken to prevent human trafficking and slavery in all aspects of its business.  Our staff are encouraged to read these policies in conjunction with the Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

Employees

PFE currently employ around 120 staff.  These consist of office staff, Warehouse Operatives, Drivers and Agency Workers.

Due Diligence Processes and Risk Assessment

Although PFEs exposure to the risk of slavery and human trafficking is low, we nevertheless have identified the area where there is a risk and have taken steps to ensure that such risk is eliminated.

Training

As stated above PFE have identified a small risk whereby the company could be exposed to Slavery and Human Trafficking, therefore appropriate training and raising awareness has been conducted.

Our Effectiveness in Eliminating Modern Slavery

Although PFE have identified a small risk we are happy to report that there have been no incidences of Slavery or Human Trafficking within our operations.
